- In 1996, she worked as a scientific associate and later became the head of the Psycho-Physiological and Systemic-Analytical Research Laboratory at the National Center for Health Management.
- In 1989, Nona Mindiašvili worked as an intern in the Men's Neurology Department at the Republican Hospital.
- In 1988, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Tbilisi Medical Institute and was awarded her academic degree.
