The Medical Laboratory Research Department of LLC "Medical Center Cito" obtained certification for ISO 9001:2000 – Quality Management System Requirements.

LLC "Cito 2"—a microbiological testing laboratory — was established under the LLC "Medical Center Cito".
"Cito 2" offers microbiological testing services for food products, water, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
LLC "Medical Center Cito" relocated to a new address (N40, Z. Paliashvili Street, 0179, Tbilisi) and transformed into a multidisciplinary day ambulatory clinic - "Outpatient Clinic".

The Pediatric Center "Cito Baby" was opened under LLC "Medical Center Cito".

"Cito Consulting Group" was established under LLC "Medical Center Cito" as a consulting service for clinical laboratories, specializing in accreditation and certification matters.
The "Cito News" information service was created to provide updates on medical advancements, new laboratory tests and technologies, highlighting their relevance and importance in clinical practice.
"Cito" laboratory became centralized and moved to Dighomi, on Beliashvili Street.
A satellite sample collection point was opened in the city Samtredia.
The central branch of "Cito" added a ophthalmology office equipped with modern technology.
The ultrasound department of Cito's central branch was equipped with a Canon ultrasound machine - Aplio a450.
The "Cito" joined the COVID-19 testing program, providing COVID-related services both at home and in the clinic.
An online platform, Covcheck.ge, was created under "Cito Diagnostics" to provide a more flexible booking system for COVID-19 testing.
“Cito” established a Training Center for Laboratory Technicians as part of its educational initiative.
Comprehensive training sessions in laboratory medicine were delivered by representatives of leading global biotechnology companies – Abbott and HORIBA.
The Clinical Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, and Immunology departments were technologically upgraded.
The Radiology department was completely renovated.
