Key Responsibilities

• Developing, planning, and delivering training modules for healthcare professionals;
• Identifying and defining target audiences for training programs;
• Identifying potential partner organizations and strengthening relationships with existing partners;
• Managing the entire training cycle, from planning and coordination to delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A university degree; a qualification in Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred;
• Good command of English for communication purposes is an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
