Full Time
The call center operator's duties include receiving calls, providing consultations related to medical services, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling or redirecting incoming calls in the call center;
  • Providing patient consultations on requested topics;
  • Scheduling doctor appointments;
  • Entering relevant information into the electronic system;
  • Serving patients in accordance with the center's established standards.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education (medical education is preferred);
  • Proficiency in office computer programs;
  • Language Skills: English;
  • Clear speech and communication skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Ability to analyze problems and respond quickly;
  • Integrity and a high sense of responsibility.

Working Hours:

Flexible schedule, 40 hours per week.

  • Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 / 11:00 - 19:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 - 14:00 / 09:00 - 15:00 / 10:00 - 16:00

Workplace/Location:

Dighomi, Tbilisi.

Salary:

Salary will be determined based on agreement with the candidate.
